Welcome Fall!
Welcome Pneumonia!
As we welcome cooler nights and summer heat during the day pneumonia can become and issue. Be aware of the issue and watch for livestock breathing heavier than normal or what some call “thumping”! Take the extra steps to make sure livestock stay warm at night and cool during the day and consult one of our AMAZING Gillespie Co. vets with any questions or concerns when you have animals you are concerned about. There are types of pneumonia that can be deadly within 24 hours!
